Action Property Management is honored to be showcased in the January/February issue of OC View, the official magazine of the Orange County Regional Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-OC). The publication highlights two major accomplishments for the company and the industry.
On page 14, Action Property Management’s CEO Matthew Holbrook was featured as a speaker at the CAI OC Luncheon, where he presented alongside respected attorney Sandra Gottlieb. This event earned the Best Program Award at the 2026 CAI Awards Gala, recognizing educational excellence and industry leadership.
Additionally, page 24 highlights three of Action’s newest PCAM designees, marking a milestone in professional excellence for the company. The Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation is the highest level of certification offered by the Community Associations Institute. To earn this credential, a manager must have at least five years of direct community association management experience, complete the full Professional Management Development Program, successfully pass the Certified Manager of Community Associations exam, accumulate application points through education and service, and successfully complete a rigorous case study. Designees also must adhere to a professional code of ethics and maintain continuing education requirements. These standards reflect a deep commitment to expertise and leadership in the field.
Fewer than a thousand professionals nationwide have earned this designation, making it a rare and prestigious honor that demonstrates advanced knowledge and dedication to the profession.
“We are incredibly proud of our team members who earned their PCAM designations,” said Holbrook. “Their dedication to professional growth reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to the communities we serve.”
Action Property Management’s recognition in OC View underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to industry leadership, education, and excellence in community association management.
