One of the benefits of working with a large community association management company is that we can leverage our scale to provide greater benefits to our clients than they might otherwise achieve on their own. In some instances, Action Property Management, Inc., (APM) or its affiliates, may also receive the benefits of reduced pricing or additional compensation through reimbursements, referral fees, or transaction fees, for facilitating the relationship. Such arrangements are made to offer enhanced services, reduced pricing, ease of relationship management across multiple clients and locations, or for other business reasons which may or may not benefit the associations we manage. Our objective is to create relationships that provide mutual benefits for APM and our clients, including by reducing costs to our clients by creating revenue streams beyond the base management fee.
APM will make every attempt to disclose such relationships at the time an offer is presented to a client, and as relationships change, such relationships will be disclosed and updated on this website.
The purchase of any product and/or service, which is part of any offering, preferred vendor program, consolidated buying program or similar, operated by APM or any entities affiliated with APM, is completely voluntary. There may be other companies available with similar products and services. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH A COMPANY WITH A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH APM.
In accordance with Section 5375.5 of California Civil Code and 468.4335, Florida Statutes, APM is generally required to disclose any relationships with third party suppliers who might provide services or bids for services to APM clients, or any situations in which APM or an affiliate of APM may have an interest in a supplier or service provider providing supplies or services or bidding for the provision of supplies or services, to APM clients.
The following list of service providers, vendors and/or contractors (along with their divisions, subsidiaries and/or affiliates) represents entities with whom APM, its directors, officers, or persons with a financial interest or their relatives, may have a financial relationship or from whom they may receive additional benefits:
