Every transition follows the same disciplined timeline, led by a dedicated Transition Coordinator from contract signing through the first two months of service, so nothing is left to improvisation.

60–30 days before start

Transition Kickoff

Governing documents, bank accounts, vendor contracts, and board priorities are gathered and organized before day one.

30–1 days before start

Launch Prep

Budgets are reviewed, homeowner billing is staged, site visits are completed, and the community is prepared to operate from the first day of service. The board receives bi-weekly updates throughout the process.

First 60 days after start
