Action Property has been our Management Company in Wagon Wheel for 27 years (that's says a lot). I've been a board member for 9-1/2 years. My wife and I purchased our home in this community 26 years ago. Our property manager Ana Lee is very professional and extremely involved in our community. We meet on site twice a month and speak over the phone at least three times a week. It's never a perfect world with HOA's and Property Management Companies, but what makes Action Property stand out is they do their best to be perfect! I have owned and enjoyed a condo at Pacific Gate for 7 years. We have a lovely building and fabulous community, made possible in part by the outstanding staff and management team, led by Matt. Everyone is friendly and always willing to lend a hand. From bricks and mortar ~ to maintaining the finest amenities ~ to managing our finances within budget ~ and finally to enabling community barbecues and holiday parties, our team is the best, reflecting the values of caring and excellence modeled by the top management.

Our board has worked with Action Property Management for several years and I have consistently been impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Like any long-term partnership, we've faced occasional challenges, but their community management team has always helped us work through them effectively. They've made the transition from analog to digital systems smooth and efficient, and their services continue to improve year over year. We've had a number management teams in the last few years. Niki and her team at Action have invested more time and effort than any of their predecessors. Their attention to detail is outstanding; Niki and her team are proactive in managing the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds. Community updates are always provided in a timely manner. The major projects that are in progress are being managed professionally by Niki and her team with timely communication on the status. I (and no doubt) many other residents are grateful for their contribution. As an owner, I look forward to more of the same.

Action Management created a level of professionalism and Customer Service we needed. Matthew promised to take a detailed look into our operation, systems, and procedures…and lead us to improvement. Niki and Christine absolutely delivered. Niki and her team show great care for our residents, but also find ways to improve the building. Action's team revamped our public areas to be more welcoming and just look so much better. Niki also runs the "back office" side of the HOA very professionally. Budgeting and accounting functions run smoothly and she is keenly aware of costs and always looks for potential savings.

Action has been working with us for almost 20 years. Very professional company. The management team is the best. I would recommend them to any community that is searching for a management company. Our homeowner's association switched to Action Management a little more than a year ago. Their deep dive into our building's systems, staffing, procedures, and physical appearance has been impressive. I am on the board of directors, and while it was a difficult decision to make a management change, we chose a great partner. Wow, what a difference a year makes here in our 80-unit condo building. Action has transformed the building operations in just a year since changing firms. Kudos to our community manager Megan, our brilliant security team, and the extended Action financial, legal and engineering team. Megan is exceptional: timely, competent, and efficient. She ensures that repairs are handled quickly and that maintenance and improvement projects are managed proactively and without disruption. This focused effort has a direct, positive impact on our daily life here. She is clearly operating with a superior skill set topped off with a level of sincerity and kindness. As a resident, I can readily observe that her expert guidance has benefitted our all-volunteer Board toward timely, optimized decisions. The building now runs smarter, quicker, and our property is better because of her efforts.

It has been a pleasure working with Action Property Management and our community manager Pam Pham-Le during my time on the Board of Directors of our Homeowners Association. Ms. Pham-Le has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, professionalism, and dedication to our community. She has built an excellent team of engineers and security professionals who are reliable and responsive to our needs. Ms. Pham-Le is knowledgeable, quick to address concerns, and communicates effectively with both the Board and residents. Her commitment to maintaining and improving our property has made a meaningful impact, and she has been a valuable asset to our HOA.

Our homeowners association (Showcase Villas 6) have used Action Property Management for more than 10 years. The professionalism of the managers (currently we have Dave St. George) is outstanding, support services are responsive, and Board educational opportunities stellar. I am a board member and we recently discovered that our previous property management needed to be replaced immediately. After interviewing with several other property management companies, we chose to sign a contract with Action. Our community was in a unique situation that required a lot of extra time and attention during the transition and first few months. So far I have been very pleased with Ryan Lancaster and Susan Sarte. They have done a wonderful job advising the board and getting the community back on track. If you are looking at Action for your property management, I would highly recommend them!

As president of our HOA in Placentia, Eddie Tovar and Action Property Management have been nothing short of amazing. When Eddie came to our community he was at least our 6th property manager in 4 years. Eddie dove into our books and found that our HOA had been significantly underfunding our reserves under the old property management. Within 2 years Eddie was able turn around our HOA and fully fund our reserves and stabilize our budgets for years to come. Eddie, rightfully so, was promoted to a senior position and Jordan has taken over the reins perfectly.

We have had a long and beneficial relationship with Action Property Management. We are an upscale community that has very demanding residents and requirements. What makes it challenging is that fact that the property has gates, a pool and spa, and limited parking. The neighborhood is 20 years old, so things are starting to need to be replaced and maintenance is intense from landscaping to painting, to roof repairs, fire sprinklers, termites, etc. But it is all in a days work for APM, our property manager Alex E, gets it done and keeps the neighborhood in great shape!

Living in a building managed by Action Property Management is such a pleasure because of the warmth and attention to detail that each employee brings to the community every day. Laurene Siegel at The Cove is such a perfect example of the high caliber of those who work for this company. She truly embodies exceptional values, kindness, professionalism, and reliability, and genuinely cares about our growing family — she is by far the best Operations Manager Assistant we have ever known! We can't imagine leaving our building almost singularly because of the people who work here and who have become so important to us personally over the past few years.

In the 12 years we've lived at Villa Balboa in Newport Beach, Action's Irvine office has handled work orders promptly, including after-hour (and daytime) emergencies. We are particularly impressed with our current manager, Ryan Darby. His finance/budgeting expertise, extensive experience in Association management, and even-tempered manner are tremendous assets to our community.

Andre, Sierra, Jose, and Jules are truly the heart of our well oiled Savina machine, expertly supported by the full Action Property Management team. They're a huge part of why this building feels like a real community -- welcoming, connected, and genuinely cared for. In 30 years of condo living, this is by far the best experience I've ever had, thanks to their warmth, professionalism, and the family like environment they help create.

Action Property Management has been a fantastic partner in managing our HOA. They genuinely care about our community and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Broasha, Elena, and Valerie are always responsive, addressing our concerns as quickly as possible. I am a condo owner in the Country Park Villas community, and I've had the pleasure of working with Dalilah, our HOA property manager.
