LeadWell Program

Action’s 6-month, values-based leadership development class is modeled after MBA programs and integrated with practical applications. Each year, dozens of Action team members go through this intensive program.

Continuing Manager Education

Action managers are required to attend quarterly CMEs, which provide ongoing managerial education to our team. Included in this material each month is an emphasis on how to incorporate Action values and how to better serve our communities.

Values Ambassador Classes

Action team members attend a one-day, practical training class on how to be ambassadors for Action values throughout the company.

Action Speaking Louder

Action CEO, Matthew Holbrook, along with other Action leaders, regularly sends video messages to the company with the purpose of celebrating Action’s values and to encourage a better understanding of how they apply in everyday life.
