RE: ESSENTIAL SERVICE DURING COVID-19
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses and team members. Action Property Management has plans in place to keep our customers and our people safe in accordance with CDC Guidelines, while continuing to provide essential services across the state.
Last week, California Governor Gavin Newsome issued a Stay at Home Order for the entire state., However, this order permits businesses that provide services deemed “essential” to continue to operate. Action Property Management’s services fall into these “essential services”. Therefore, Action remains fully operational and we continue to serve you. We know that you rely on us for many things in your community and, more than ever, we are committed to you.
The recognition of our value is gratifying in that our services are deemed “essential”. This is not something that we take lightly. Our mission is to improve the quality of peoples’ lives. What better time to be able to do that than when the need is the greatest? Many Action Team Members are stepping up to that mission and living it out. We have an opportunity and ability to contribute in significant ways for your community and for the common good.
The needs for managing operations, packages, food delivery, janitorial, maintenance, finances, and more have never been greater. Our team is continually working to perform our duties with creativity and excellence in ways that can contribute to better social distancing in our buildings and communities and improve health dynamics for everyone.
