Episode fifteen deals with the topic of electric vehicle charging. As the automotive industry shifts toward a growing focus on renewable energy, more associations will be faced with the complexities of installing electric vehicle charging stations. Traditionally, fueling cars has been a task that is outsourced to gas stations. Now, those fueling mechanisms are increasingly being attached to homes. In the case of high-rise condominiums, for example, the solution is not left up to each individual homeowner, but rather the association as a whole.
Episode twenty addresses the very challenging topic of when and how to legally remove a board member who is not acting according to their fiduciary duties.
