For Homeowners, VIVO ™ provides the most comprehensive online information and communication resource for homeowners in the industry. Through VIVO, homeowners can log in to personalized accounts to check account balances, print statements, pay their assessments, monitor maintenance request statuses, report non-compliance issues, submit service requests, e-mail their manager – and a whole multitude of other options. This service has been specifically developed by Action Property Management for the exclusive use of Action homeowners. VIVO successfully facilitates communication between homeowners, management and the board of Directors and significantly increases the overall service experience for each homeowner.
