Mission Viejo, CA, April 30, 2018,

The MVEA (Mission Viejo Environmental Association) Board of Directors has selected Tiffany Kaldenbach, CMCA, AMS to manage the impressive Orange County community made up of 2,892 residences and approximately 200 acres of landscaped area. Tiffany comes to MVEA with twelve years of community association management experience within the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego regions. Tiffany’s previous experience includes large-scale communities and she looks forward to building a relationship with the MVEA Board of Directors and dedicating her time to solely managing the community. “The most enticing part of managing MVEA is that I will be able to provide the highest level of customer service to the community as a dedicated Community Manager. I am excited for the opportunity to serve MVEA, and while I realize I have big shoes to fill, I look forward to taking over where Stephen Stanton left off.” – Tiffany Kaldenbach.

MVEA’s former Community Manager, Stephen Stanton, is retiring after serving the community management industry for twenty-two years. Action would like to acknowledge Stephen’s success at MVEA through his dedicated oversight of the landscaping – one of the many attractions of this community – as well as his constant communication with the Board of Directors and homeowners. We wish to express our deepest gratitude to Stephen for his nine years of dedicated management of MVEA and the exceptional level of service provided to the Board Members and residents.
